Glaminate Tubes w/o inserts in a fifth panel carton. (The cartoner does have a GUK roll feed inserter attached, but it has never run efficiently) The sealing mechanism for this line is High Frequency seal. It does not run plastic or metal tubes. Tubes are taken out of off-set layered trays by the TZ101 Tube loader; loaded on a conveyor; then loaded into pucks on the TU200 Filler where they are oriented, filled, sealed and deboss coded, trimmed and off loaded onto the CP250 Cartoner;
