Machine Function & Overview

The Pharma Technology Combi 500 LI is an integrated vertical tablet deduster and metal detector combo unit.

 Tablet Dedusting & Deburring: Utilizes stepless, adjustable vibration to lift tablets vertically up a spiral column (up to 500 mm in height) while removing excess dust and burrs via suction/extraction before downstream collection or packaging.

 Integrated Metal Detection (⁠+ DR4-20⁠ / Lock Metal Detector): The output passes directly through an integrated metal check head (often Ceia or Safeline lock detector) equipped with a high-speed automatic rejection valve to divert contaminated products (ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless steel) without stopping production.

 Vibration Isolation: The frame design isolates the vibrating deduster section from the metal detector head to preserve maximum detection sensitivity.
