The steam jacket of this Cleveland Range kettle is permanently filled with treated distilled water, so you do not need to fill or refill it yourself. It is designed to be maintenance-free in this regard.

For operation:

• The kettle features an automatic electronic spark ignition system.
• It comes with solid state water level, temperature, and safety low water power cut off, including LED indicators for easy monitoring.
• The steam jacket is rated at 50 PSI and includes a safety valve mounted toward the rear to prevent tampering.
• Controls are typically supplied with a cord and plug for 115-volt power.

Simply connect the kettle to the appropriate gas supply (natural or LP gas), plug in the controls, and use the ignition system to start cooking. The jacket will heat automatically without any need for manual water filling.
