Scoop Dropper - Assembly, DV200 2 Gate with Hopper Elevator

The Batching Systems scoop dispensing counter consists of a support structure to mount the counter over the feed zone of the pouch machine, a high-speed vibratory feed system which will singulate the scoops, Parts Processing Unit (PPU) where they are accumulated into the desired batch count and dispensed. The system also includes a stainless steel bulk product supply hopper which is approximately

waist high and can easily be filled with product at ground level. The product would be extracted from the supply hopper via a cleated belt and metered into the feeder bowl. A return conveyor returns scoops which are overfed back to the supply hopper. The entire system is mounted on castors so that it can easily be moved to-and-away-from the pouch machine.
