Vacuum System (Capsule Separation & Dedusting):

• Function: High-vacuum suction is applied at the lower indexing station to pull the capsule bodies smoothly down into the lower segments while leaving the caps in the upper alignment block.
• Air Volume Requirement: Typically paired with an integrated or footprint-adjacent liquid ring or rotary vane vacuum pump capable of drawing roughly 120 to 150 cubic meters per hour at an operating vacuum level of -0.4 to -0.6 bar.
• Dust Aspiration: Built-in connection points link to an external dust collector system to constantly evacuate airborne powders from the dosing area, keeping weights stable.
