Cremer- Counter Tablet/Capsule

The Cremer CF-1220*2 is a high-speed, dual-channel automatic optical tablet and capsule counting machine. It is primarily used in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmetics industries to count tablets, caplets, or hard/soft gel capsules and discharge them accurately into bottles or containers.  

Machine Features & Operating Principles:

 Dual-Module Design (⁠*2⁠ / ⁠D⁠ designation): Houses two independent counting modules (12 counting channels per module, total 24 channels) working in parallel to double throughput or handle dual-filling operations.

 Optical Infrared Counting: Uses optical detection sensors to count items accurately regardless of color, shape, transparency, or dust levels.

 Vibratory Feeders: Multi-stage vibratory trays separate and align products into individual tracks before passing through the optical counting eye.

 Flap / Memory Gates: High-speed pneumatic flaps hold and release calculated batch counts into bottle filling funnels down below.
