Dosing System: Transparent acrylic/polycarbonate conical hopper with a vertical servo motor on top to drive the internal dosing screw/auger and agitator.  

 Control System: HMI Touchscreen control mounted on an adjustable swing arm with a bottom red Emergency Stop button.  

 Operation Mode: Pedestal height-adjustable platform with a floor foot pedal for manual triggering (container placement by operator, pedal activation for fill dose).  

 Frame: Stainless steel base column mounted on a pallet base with an adjacent stainless utility/parts cart.  

Typical Technical Specifications

 Filling Range: 5g – 5000g (varies based on the installed auger screw/funnel size).

 Accuracy: pm 0.5% to pm 1% (volumetric servo revolution count or integrated load cell mode if equipped with feedback).

 Dosing Speed: 10–30 fills/minute (dependent on operator manual loading speed and fill volume).

 Power Requirements: Typically single-phase 110V/220V or 3-phase 220V/380V, ~1.5 kW – 2.2 kW total load.
